Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Delivrix operates dedicated SMTP sending infrastructure as a service. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it — both for visitors of this website and for email traffic processed through our infrastructure.
1. Who we are
Delivrix provides dedicated email sending capacity: exclusive sending nodes, managed domains, and reputation operations for client systems that send legitimate, consent-based email. For questions about this policy, contact us at hola@delivrix.com.
2. Data we collect on this website
This website is intentionally minimal. We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell data. We collect:
- Contact information you send us. If you email us to request access, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it solely to respond and evaluate your request.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
3. Data we process as email infrastructure
When clients send email through Delivrix, we process message metadata (sender, recipient addresses, delivery status, timestamps) and message content in transit, strictly on behalf of the sending client. In this role, Delivrix acts as a data processor: the client remains responsible for having valid consent from its recipients.
We additionally maintain suppression lists (addresses that must not be contacted again) to honor unsubscribe requests and protect recipients. See our unsubscribe page for details.
4. How we use data
- To operate, secure and monitor the sending infrastructure.
- To protect deliverability and reputation (e.g. bounce and complaint handling).
- To enforce our anti-abuse policy: only opt-in, traceable traffic is allowed.
- To respond to abuse reports, typically within one hour.
- To comply with legal obligations.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate the service (e.g. cloud hosting on AWS), under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law.
6. Retention
Website contact messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request. Email traffic logs are retained for the period required for deliverability operations, abuse investigation and legal compliance, then deleted. Suppression list entries are kept indefinitely, since their purpose is to prevent future contact.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction — including the GDPR in the European Union and Law 1581 of 2012 in Colombia — you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, write to hola@delivrix.com. If your request concerns email you received from one of our clients, we will assist and, where applicable, forward the request to the responsible sender.
8. Abuse reports
If you believe our infrastructure was used to send you unsolicited email, report it to abuse@delivrix.com. We investigate every report and respond with an SLA of under one hour.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision.
