Unsubscribe
Enforced at the infrastructure level
Delivrix operates the sending infrastructure behind email from our clients. If you received an email delivered through Delivrix and no longer want to hear from that sender, you have two options — both are honored, permanently.
1. Use the unsubscribe link in the email
Every legitimate email sent through our infrastructure must include a working unsubscribe mechanism. Clicking it removes you from the sender's list directly. This is the fastest option.
2. Contact us directly
If the email has no working unsubscribe link, or you were removed and still receive messages, write to abuse@delivrix.com and include:
- The email address where you received the message.
- The sender's address (the "From" field).
- If possible, the full message or its headers.
We will add your address to our suppression list, which blocks any future delivery to you from that sender at the infrastructure level — regardless of what the sender's own list says.
What happens after you unsubscribe
- Your address is suppressed permanently unless you explicitly opt in again.
- The suppression applies even if the sender re-imports your address later.
- We keep only the minimum data needed to enforce the block (your address).
